"Beautiful property! Very conveniently located right in the Old City. Very walkable, safe, lots of options for dining & shopping. Stayed with family & loved out time Cuenca is beautiful and local gem is a must! Very nice family owns it and they do everything to assure you have the best time there. Breakfast is great in am. Freshly prepared when you arrive to the breakfast table each day. I can’t say enough good things. This property is a true treasure! "

"The only reason I rated facilities as good is I had a lot of internet problems the first 3 days until they called the tech and he came in and got it up. I wish I knew the name of the young man who worked there but I don't as he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, but he was absolutely the best. He was always smiling and helpful.
