Reasonable price, but with bothersome downsides

The price, cleanliness, features and quality of the facility were in line. The three downsides: 1) an extremely steep dirt road to get to property which made two wheel drive inadequate if it rained, 2) the internet access was sporadic and undependable over my two week stay, 3) the incessant loud fighting and barking of dogs next door from 7:00-10:00 almost every evening (and at other times) was quite annoying and made sleep difficult.
