The room was big and comfortable, and when we arrived it had a strong smell of air freshener. The only problem we had was that we didn't have hot water, apparently there was a problem with something.

Front desk staff was courteous, the place had that overpowering cheap air-freshener smell. Room was spacious but lacked power outlets and table to lay our suitcase. Very limited toiletries: hairdryer, 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (no hand towels), 1 bath rug, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers. We had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper during our stay. Hot water took a long time to come out and lasted very little. Sliding door did not lock, but we where ok since we where on the 3rd floor. We liked the balcony.

Very spacious and clean. The value is surprisingly a great deal. The location is also a short walk to the center of Cuernavaca and its booming events, and restaurants. Would definitely stay their again.

There was always a lot of staff around. We used the restaurant a lot and it took some time for the food to be prepared but the food was good. The pool is right beside the restaurant/eating area so when people were in it, it was pretty noisy. It’s an ok place to stay.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures: Poor maintenance of the building, they could do a deep cleaning of the entire building and rooms, the furniture needs to be updated, the towels are old they look like rags, I have to buy my own towels. The umbrellas by the pool and the entire terrace need to be power washed. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great.

This was a terrible experience, bathroom was dirty full of mold and rust, furniture very old and damaged,no drawers at all, towels look dirty and ripped, sheets had spots, tv very old, rooms are not noise proof, you can hear everything from the other rooms, locks are not secured,very bad hotel, i have pictures to prove it. I complained to the front desk and they moved us to another room. It was the same with a very small bed but only difference of new sheets and better towels. I will never stay here again.. I want my money back!

Easy to walk to the Centro (uphill); convenient to have a basic bar/restaurant on site; no issues with internet; friendly staff; extremely affordable; quiet; easy parking (only $20 pesos!) Definitely would return.
