El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones están bien solo nuestra recamara estaba un poco incomoda por el baño (acabados viejos y desgastado), cama (colchón duro) y almohadas. De ahi en adelante todo esta normal y bien.

Me pareció un lugar muy bonito, con áreas comunes muy buenas, de buena vista, con jacuzzi, albercas, restaurante y con habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y todo esto … a un precio sumamente accesible.

No me gustó, me percaté que mi bebé tenía piquetes pequeños y buscando en la cama hallamos varios insectos diminutos (no se si eran chinches). Y de inmediato salí del hotel, no terminé los días de reserva, y esa misma noche a mi mamá le callo una mega cucaracha. Tampoco me gustó porque no contaban con cocinero.

The hotel was nice but bit far from downtown. Overall, i expected more for my money. Also, there was a fake eyelash in the shower area, i though it was funny. Staff friendly and i felt safe.
