The stay was comfortable, clean and the staff that we interacted with was friendly. I tried to partake in the continental breakfast, but were extremely disappointed to find there was not one available, even though our stay details mentioned we had breakfast available.

False Advertisement by Hotels.com

The property is under construction/remodel. The hotel manager said he told hotels.com there are no Amenities at this time and for another few weeks. We were under false advertisement during the booking of this room. It was when we arrived, we found out about no breakfast, water, ice or Amenities.

Good Choice for My First Experience in a Hotel

Stayed two nights. The room upon arrival was tidy, bed was made, towels were folded and on the racks, overall pretty comfy first impression. We had a wonderful time during the duration of our stay. Only recommendation would be the addition of some form of anti-slip mat or the like in the tub. It gets quite slick with soap. Just be mindful when moving around.

Very bad shape we could not stay and had to rent somewhere else. Filthy, with very seedy cars and people in parking lot. Bathroom in lobby was disgusting

Very dated, dirty, smoke alarm missing, wires hanging in its place, potato chip crumbs on floor, beer tops next to bed. No soap bar. Not sure what I expected for cost but certainly not this.

The sheets in our room were stained with what looked like poop. A couple pillow cases had the same thing. I talked to the desk person as we checked out about it and he was understanding, told me he would let the cleaning crew know. Then went to get coffee and it was filled with coffee grounds as it poured out.

To start, the door could barley open. The floor and sink were dirty. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no mini shampoo and conditioner and the AC never cooled down. The toilet would hardly flush. The staff member was told the issues and replied “oh, the house keeper must of forgot to restock in that room”.

They are remodeling and supposedly Under New Management. However there was no breakfast which okay maybe I can get past that, but no coffee!!! There is no coffee maker in the room no coffee up in the front office. I had specifically chosen this one because it offered breakfast and it was close to where I needed to be. Don't say that you offer breakfast if you're not going to offer it! They had me in a room that wasn't completely sealed. I hope that they get that fixed before bugs and things become an issue. It was extremely hard to sleep because all I could hear was the traffic all night long. I don't normally watch TV but this time I had chosen to watch some TV except the up Channel and down Channel button on remote doesn't work so you have to put in a number hyphen button and another number in hopes that you find something. As you can tell I'm a little grumpy from lack of sleep and no coffee. Hopefully they can get all these things taken care of quickly so others don't have this experience.
