"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. We had a truly exceptional stay. As it was also my birthday they made a wonderful gesture providing cake, wine and so much more. We are definitely returning to our now favorite location."

"The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax. "

"What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!"

"Great property, amenities, spotless room and very kind staff! Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to reconsider what image they’re marketing. Turn off the exceptionally loud pool music. It gave the impression that they were trying to push a young and hip vibe for the place but that simply wasn’t the kind of clientele on site. Likewise, soundproofing the room doors to combat the basketball court right outside everyone’s room would be wise. Very bizarre location for the court."
