Beautiful 400 year old farm cottages, turned into very comfortable accommodation. It’s very high altitude so be sure to take warm clothes.

Amazing stay, but not a good fit for everyone

Very unique experience, I enjoyed the location and fireplace in our room. However it's not for everyone. WiFi is only available in the reception area and no one speaks English at all, so hopefully you know some Spanish or have Google translate downloaded on your phone

The shower had the wrong wall bracket, so kept dropping off (room 8) The swimming pool was empty and looked likely had been for some time. The internet is unusable and only accessible in one area. Sound proofing between rooms not good. The staff were excellent and food ok; drinks very reasonable. If you want a break in the middle of nowhere, this is for you, the views of Mt Teide from the bedroom amazing.

Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska.

Une superbe expérience

Un petit havre de paix perdu dans la montagne ! Nous avons adoré cette nuit passée à l’hôtel rural. Les hôtes sont au petit soin et le dîner était excellent et plus que généreux. Un décor atypique qui nous a permis de vivre une véritable expérience loin des stations balnéaires et autres endroits très touristiques. On recommande à 200%.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva hecha por la página de Expedia y las tres chicas que nos atendieron fueron fabulosas y nos lo resolvieron sin más problemas. El sitio con un encanto que te transporta a otra época. La habitación espaciosa y baño grande. Si lo llegamos a saber nos quedamos más noches.

Escapada y desconexión garantizada

Nos ha encantado regresar, la persona que busca sentirse cuidada como en casa, desconectar del día a día y tomar contacto con la naturaleza pues es el lugar indicado. No hay cobertura y no hay tv, hay wifi en la zona del comedor y del patio. Habitaciones acogedoras con su chimenea, una comida casera maravillosa, senderos en los alrededores, paseos a caballo q se pueden organizar desde el hotel, personal súper amable y familiar

Muy bien

Fuimos desde el 12/01/21 hasta el 14/01/21, estuvo muy bien, esperaba un poco más grande la habitación, las vistas increíbles hacia el Teide, muchísimo frío, por el día 8 grados y noche 4 grados, la comida es casera está muy bien, el personal muy atento y servicial. repito sin duda pero en verano.

En tiempos de Covid, cuando lo que más se busca es una esmerada limpieza, no se debería de encontrar polvo en la habitación. Desayuno correcto, el hotel muy bonito. Recomendaría hacer pasillo para las maletas de ruedas
