Excellent hotel and great service

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff is very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. All three restaurants are very very good. We would like to stay there again on our next trip to Mumbai and have no hesitation recommending it to others. Great value !!

The staff make this hotel! Super helpful, they made me and my wife feel at home during our two week stay. Starting with the free breakfast, the attentive staff made sure all our needs were met. Their front desk, with Duty Manager, Yatin, was very helpful with arranging for transport to different locations we needed to visit. This is an old style hotel in a quiet environment within a walking distance from Gate of India and close to main railway station. Staff very nice and cooperative. Good breakfasts but focused on local people. Do not make use of their offer for airport transfer as it is at least 5 times more expensive than prepaid taxi or Uber.
