Positioned perfectly, guests at Seaglass House will feel as though they have the beach all to themselves! Stunning, uninterrupted views to the Pacific Ocean and beach access means that guests can have a relaxing beach getaway. Making the most of its position, Seaglass House has multiple entertaining areas that look out to the beach, including a private viewing platform where guests can enjoy the sunrise or a quiet moment looking out to the sea. Where will I be?

Seaglass House sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, with direct access through the coastal vegetation to the beach! The local village has everything you need in terms of supplies - Woolworths, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.

This two storey, immaculate home is stylish and spacious and is unrivalled in its position on Culburra Beach. There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas with views to the ocean that are unparalleled! And if you prefer to be indoors, the magnificent view can be seen through the floor to ceiling picture windows. After cooking a meal in the well designed kitchen, guests can enjoy the evening by the fireplace as they watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach. The additional living area, games room and kitchenette downstairs makes this house ideal for those guests who appreciate extra living space.

How is the property laid out?

The upstairs level is the main living area which takes advantage of the stunning views. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen is spacious, and opens to the generous balcony with outdoor lounges. The master bedroom with water views through picture windows is heavenly. The bedroom opens to a balcony, and features a king bed, an ensuite and walk in robe. A queen bedroom is also on the upstairs level, as well as a powder room.

Downstairs is another queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 king singles. A second large living room with TV is on this level, which opens to two entertaining areas including an outdoor dining setting. A kitchenette with additional fridge accessible off the living area makes entertaining easy! And, the games room with ping pong table is great for keeping guests entertained. There are two bathrooms - one with shower and bath, and one with a shower. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Seaglass House has several alfresco areas where guests can enjoy the entertaining and relaxing in the outdoors. Upstairs there are two outdoor lounge areas, and downstairs there is a BBQ, an additional outdoor lounge with umbrella and an outdoor dining table. Unique to this property is a private viewing platform that is closer to the watersedge - a peaceful place for a morning meditation or a few drinks at sundown. There is also a large lawn area that is perfect for outdoor games. A hot and cold outdoor shower means guests can rinse off the salt and sand after being at the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Seaglass House has zoned heating and cooling to make the house comfortable in any temperature. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, and there is a beautiful log fireplace in the lounge room that guests can enjoy when the weather is cooler. The fireplace is available in winter months only.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is parking on the driveway for 3 vehicles The lock up garage is not for guest use, sorry.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
