Can’t wait to come back!

"Super spot for me near the bottom of the Franklin-Highlands road. I was there for a family emergency, but I can’t wait to come back and put those kayaks to good use. There was an administrative issue that created some problems with check-in, but the hosts did everything they could to resolve the issue. Great people! Being able to sit out on the back porch over the Culasaja River was so peaceful and I really enjoyed listening to the roiling water as I drifted off to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and I had everything I needed except a full length mirror. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful incomparable views. The home in every measure was executed for comfort and style. Every single space was entirely stylish and super filled from top to bottom. "We have stayed here 10 out of the last 12 years and find this to be a perfect place to stay. One thing I do miss the ceiling fan in the master bed room. Plenty of parking and round to enjoy."

Cabin on Ledford Branch w/ Waterfall + Wading Pool

The waterfall and View are the Star of the Show

"This is a nice property. Neighbors are close on one side and only really noticeable if you are outside which you will be because of the waterfall. Not a man made waterfall - a true beautiful, peaceful breath taking waterfall right off the back deck. The house gives off very vintage cabin cottage vibes. All bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bath and then there is another full bath downstairs. If you are coming with several people, pay close attention to the layout of the bedrooms. The house is dog friendly although not too many places to walk them that aren’t private properties. There are no food deliveries which isn’t a problem, just plan ahead. I would stay here again for the view alone and all of our guests agree. "
