"This is an excellent spot, though València is quite spread out (more than we thought), so distance to the beach and to the City of Arts and Sciences was much further from Palau and than we thought (that’s on us, not on the apartment facility). Bed was very comfy, pull out bed from couch less so (but fine for the kids. There is a bar at the end that you can accidentally smash your foot on). Shower is excellent! Has everything you need inside."

"Clean property very well location near Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Public transport near to ride to downtown. Excellent for families with kids because the oceanographic is close to the Hotel. But if you travel without kids i would recommend stay in downtown Valencia it’s beautiful."

"A good hotel and central to everything. Most places of interest are a max 30-40 min walk away and marina/beach is 15 mins or so in a taxi. Recommend it."

"This hotel was extremely inconsistent. Front desk staff was detached and cold, and provided the least assistance we experienced over 5 weeks in Spain. The food hours were posted in the elevators only for us to find they didn’t match what was posted. Our room was well put together but had a main door with far too much open space between its bottom and the floor allowing too much light and noise into our room. And one day, housekeeping didn’t replace consumables we had used in our room. On the other hand, when my wife needed to eat when the kitchen was closed in late afternoon, the bar staff was incredibly helpful and facilitated a small meal very quickly that allowed her to take urgently needed medication. This individual, Isabell also provided ice when my wife needed to treat severe swelling and arthritis pain in her foot and ankle. This prompt assistance enabled my wife to continue with our planned activities as we finished the last few days of our visit to Spain and returned home as booked. This hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest part of València. While very convenient, it was actually too close to the crowds and we would have been happier a block or two away from it’s location."

"The Staff was awesome and Nora super helpful. And ask the bar to make you a Tinto de Verano. Fir some reason they tasted the best there! The only issue I had was the internet."
