"Appartement is volledig uitgeleefd! Miserabele matrassen die helemaal niet vernieuwd zijn zoals de advertentie beweert. Vlekken op lakens en kussens, gaten in beddengoed, doorgezakte zetels (de naam zelfs niet waardig!). Ik had extra betaald om beddens opgemaakt te hebben en handdoeken ter beschikking te stellen. Was NIET gebeurd. Twee keer gebeld naar Expi en ze beloofden te komen maar we zagen ze niet. Na 18u niemand meer bereikbaar en vermits het een dag later zondag was zaten we behoorlijk...

"El apartamento está muy bien en una urbanización cerrada con vigilanvia 24 horas, tiene vistas a la piscina, decoración moderna pero sencilla con todo lo necesario, los colchones muy cómodos y tiene un sofá con cheslong muy amplio. "The property is located right on the beach, at the end of a quiet street. Modern fittings, spotlessly clean. About a 12 min drive into Denia. There is a great supermarket less than 10 mins walk away and a couple of good restaurants. We enjoyed our time here with the only caveat being construction of a new building next door which made some 'background' noise during the day."

"We really enjoyed staying in this well equipped apartment for 4 weeks to chill out. It was so quiet and had everything we needed. So nice to sit and see the views from the balcony of the lovely gardens and pool, we even swam 3 times in the pool which cant be bad for April! Sunny every day but a cool wind. The bed was enormous 6ft, and so comfy and shower was well designed always with hot water when ever we needed it. The apartment on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn't working, so do be prepared...
