"Culloden is a very pretty spot but service was a bit uneven. Front desk was terrific and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dining fell short. Long waits and relatively poor quality was out of character with the rest of the property. We stayed two nights and would stay again as its rooms and natural beauty are terrific. The free breakfast was a case of getting what you pay for and the Cultra Inn was very disappointing. We did not try the Spa."

"Great location and nice hotel. However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back."
