"My second time here. The staff are always friendly and nice. They are the best part about this place other than the pools. Always friendly and nice. The place is dated and needs a refurb badly. Only part of the lights in our room worked. But we didn’t make a fuss as we were only staying one night. The only really issue I saw was people leaving dishes/cups "

"Horrible is an understatement. This was by far one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. The only parking available was an under ground parking and the entire property was filthy. There was garbage piled up in the corners, a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the parking, and the rooms were extremely outdated. The cleaning standards were unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, the room barely looked cleaned, and there was even a blood stain on our bedsheet. To make matters worse, upon arrival we were told the pool was closed for renovation, something never mentioned beforehand. The next morning, we went down for breakfast only to be told that was closed too. I honestly do not understand how this hotel received any stars at all. If I could give it a minus 5, I would. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place."

"This is the second time I've stayed at this Coast Hotel. I typically travel here for business and it is always pleasant stay. I found the hotel staff very helpful and found the business center useful. I need to do a lot of printing while on the road, and the reliable printer was definitely a huge plus. I also, on occasion, had to borrow some office supplies (stapler, hole punch, etc.), and the hotel staff were more than accommodating in that regard. I wish I wrote down her name, but there was a Ukrainian girl at the front desk who was more than helpful and very friendly. The rooms are large and always clean. I also enjoyed the electric bidet that is toilets are equipped with. I used the swimming pool and gym facilities and they are clean and excellent. There are plenty of food options within walking distance from the Hotel, not to mention the new Montana's in the hotel lobby. I will definitely be staying here again."
