This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. The front porch is a tranquil place to sit & look out over the cove & the neighborhood was quiet enough...

"The description is inaccurate. It is run down and in an unsafe area. The check-in instructions repeatedly said to close your door immediately behind you and lock it. As soon as we pulled up it was clear why. I was traveling alone with my 16 year old daughter for a mother daughter’s trip. Needless to say there was no way I felt comfortable staying at the property alone with her. We ended up getting a nice safe room at the Ramada about 5 miles away. Be very wary of this place! "The room was clean, and had everything we needed, but the beds were not in great condition and the blankets & bed spreads looked about 15 yrs, old. We also never saw any staff at the front desk in the 2 days that we were there. We arrived late, and another guest helped us get into the building. The location was good & the parking was great. "
