"A lovely overnight stay. Parking was available right at the door and was free, staff at check in and checkout were lovely also. Room was modern and very clean, the new bathroom was also very nice. Great for one night and would definitely stay again "

"Upon check in we was greeted by pleasant staff. We was given 2 rooms in the main hotel building. The rooms was absolutely huge, very clean and comfortable. We only stayed due to close proximity to the airport. After reading some of the reviews we was a little apprehensive to what’s to expect but it was better than expected. We are in the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised the food was nice beef stew with tender beef. Only th big that they didn’t have was food for the kids but they ate free also which was good. Parking was very busy and was throwing down with rain so wasn’t great having to walk far in the morning but again not a complaint. Would stay again if in the area "

"The staff were really helpful and sweet with offering a fan and hairdryer. All staff were very friendly and sweet, had conversations with restaurant staff whom helped with restaurants, areas to visit etc.. The room itself was really good and clean! Bed was honestly very comfortable. Shower was clean - Saw reviews regarding the hot water, but with my experience I had no issue with hot water. Tv worked perfectly. I loved how the bed room itself was separated from the main door, felt much more safer and secure. Check out was easy and simple. But, booking ubers and taxis to this hotel do take longer so recommend doing 10mins before hand. Overall, Thank you to the staff here. "

"I was visiting the hotel as local to visiting sick family. I mentioned to his to Aiden on reception and he was the kindest. He made sure I had a nice room and gave me a drinks voucher. His service was absolutely amazing and he is a credit to the hotel"
