"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the corridors had a strong smell, which seemed to be due to the old carpets. Free parking was an added advantage. The location was superb, as the hotel is within a shopping mall, giving you plenty of options for food, shopping, and other essentials. It’s also only a 15–20 minute drive from Glasgow city centre. Overall, a convenient location with clean rooms and the added benefit of free parking."

"Rooms were clean, could do with updating, there is a restaurant on site , but only did minimal food, bar on site , there are vending machines, that only take only money, but the machine you had to muck about with it to get the snacks as the door was dodgy. Signal is weak, location is lovely"

"Having the use of the pool was great for all of us, the children loved being able to use it when we arrived and in the morning before breakfast. The breakfast was good and staff friendly, the room was looking a little tired but clean and the grounds very nice."

"Brilliant stay. The staff were so friendly and kind. The surrounding area is beautiful. The use of the gym, spa, putting and pool facilities is great to have. My room was a little small but this was fine for my solo business stay and had all the required amenities and more (minibar, Nespresso machine, good TV, robe). Breakfast was cooked, not a buffet and was tasty! Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area."

"Lovely hotel room but the corridors and stairwell is in need of repair and maintenance. Holes in the walls, chipped paint. My room was lovely, large modern shower with coffee machine, water and tunnock wafers. Lovely treat! Ate at the restaurant and the food was great. The local area is quite run down/rough. I was here for work"
