Tive uma experiência muito boa no hotel, que foi escolhido por ser perto do local onde fui trabalhar. O quarto era amplo e com limpeza nota 10, colchão confortável, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade, uma ducha bem boa no banheiro... Porém, bem barulhento (aliás, imagino que todos os quartos voltados para a rua são barulhentos). Resolvi meu problema usando protetores auriculares. A TV não era boa, pois o som ia e vinha, o que não me incomodou porque não ligo para TV. O sinal de wifi é ótimo. O café da manhã é ótimo, com itens variados. O atendimento dos funcionários é bem cordial. E a cereja do bolo é a sopa de cortesia que o hotel oferece à noite. Adorei!!

Razoável.

Razoável. O tamanho dos quartos são bons, mas o tamanho e conforto das camas, deixa muito a desejar. O atendimento dos funcionários tbem é bom, no entanto, a acústica em relação aos veículos que transitam na rua, é péssima, em especial, nos andares mais baixos. Reclamamos e mudaram o nosso quarto para o ultimo andar, porém o desconforto da cama manteve-se. Nota 6.
