O atendimento é muito bom, fui muito bem atendido, mas infelizmente a infraestrutura do hotel é muito ruim, o colchão era muito ruim ( ruim de verdade) não é 4 estrelas nem de longe. Mas o atendimento é o que salvou o lugar .

Decepcionada. Colchões horríveis. Dorme torto. Cama de casal são juntadas duas de solteiro e fica separando no buraco. Internet péssima. Não consegui trabalhar. Tive que rotear do meu celular meus creditos qye zeraram . Recepção antipática. Muitos aborrecimentos.. ah o abuso de preço uma fanta lata R$13,20 . Pedimos uma macarronada a noite , molho azedo . No outro dia pedimos ifood e hotel queria cobrar R$ 10,00 para emprestar um garfo . Comemos no de plástico mesmo . Não são cativantes

Foi muito confortável, limpeza ótima. Ficamos somente uma noite mas foi bem agradável. Café da manhã super completo. Suco detox ótimo. O secador de cabelo estava queimado. Quarto 1206, e sem local pra guardar por isso talvez queime, fica na pia.

Está bem longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas. Tudo muito velho e ultrapassado. Camas eram velhas e sem conforto, móveis dos quartos super velhos, toalhas bem surradas, não havia nada em condições adequadas para um Hotel 4 estrelas. Café da manhã muito simples, máquina de café com problemas. Não recomendo
