Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

Hotel decadente, bisognoso di molti miglioramenti e diverse riparazioni. Bagno cieco e con aspiratore non funzionante. L'acqua del lavandino defluiva con difficoltà (scarico semiostruito). Luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionante, per cui, essendo l'ambiente poco illuminato, risultava impossibile radersi. Tenda dell'unica finestra della camera troppo leggera, per cui al mattino entrava molta luce, facendomi svegliare all'alba. Prima colazione abbondante e variegata, ma molto ripetitiva e mancava qualsiasi tipo di brioches. Ubicazione dell'hotel molto comoda. Personale molto gentile.

O hotel cumpre o que promete, é um prédio antigo, mas reformado. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e possuem boa ventilação/iluminação, além de zelarem bem na limpeza. Na minha avaliação, para uma proposta de hospedagem 3 estrelas, está dentro dos conformes. Pontos a melhorar seriam a qualidade das toalhas e uma maior variedade de alimentos salgados no café da manhã, além do tradicional misto ou salsicha e ovo. Para mim que estava sem poder comer alimentos com açúcar acabou que ficou bem restrita a refeição, mas nada que tornasse minha experiência negativa.

O quarto tem um carpete que dá impressão de não estyar limpo e por vezes exxala um cheiro rui, Alem disso os banheirtos tem louças antigas e que não limpas entre as estadias, que ficam impressão de falta de limpeza. As paredes tem pointuras que precisam ser refeitas e por isto dão a impressão de sujeira. A cama é boa e toalhas também. Os sabonetes são terríveis e não há shampoo.

Quarto com bastante poeira. Ar só pode ser ligado com as cortinas abertas em frente a um edifício residencial. Água do banho não esquentou. Cama e arrumação muito confortável e bem feitas. Provavelmente, levando em consideração o custo benefício, não me hospedaria novamente, apesar de ser cliente da Rede Andrade.

O ponto positivo foi a equipe de atendimento, muito simpática e solícita, porém o restante deixou bastante a desejar. Frigobar com itens faltando, e sem limpeza (tinha uma garrafa pela metade provavelmente do hóspede anterior), carpet do quarto sujo, chuveiro não esquenta, piso do box sujo, vazamento do cano do vaso sanitário, espelhos de tomadas caídos, café da manhã bem fraco e pouca variedade, camas de molas bem desgastadas e barulhentas, travesseiros surrados. Região bastante perigosa, com vários usuários de drogas circulando (presenciamos brigas deles inclusive) e estacionamento anunciado não estava disponível, tendo q deixar num Shopping proximo (40 reais por 13h). Em resumo, hotel antigo e bem desgastado, sem muito cuidado com limpeza e manutenção.
