"Was a comfortable place to stay had all the comforts of home close to amenities"

"The house was a great size that accommodated our family of 7 adults, 3 children and a baby. We were attending a family event in Canberra. The heating was marvellous and made the house snug. There was plenty of things like toilet rolls, soap dishwashing liquid and tablets. "No advertised working air con in middle of winter. No working TV or fetch box for entire stay. Had to insist handyman come to unit and then were informed he had reported air con not working 4 days prior to my arrival. No attempt to fix fetch box and TV. Stay was not pleasant "
