This rental has one of easiest check out processes I've experienced. We read some reviews regarding downtown Wilmington in general being a "rougher" area- my family did not experience anything along these lines- everyone was pleasent, the neighborhood is quiet, we would absolutely stay at this listing again."

"We have rented many homes and this home is by far the cleanest! Everything felt brand new! The home is very well appointed and comfortable. The beds slept so well and the living room furniture was so comfortable for lounging in the evenings! We will stay again as we visit family in the area often."

"Property is perfect for a couple. Very quiet in residential area. Fenced in back yard was great for our terrier. Very private and we had the entire yard to ourselves. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Many modern upgrades and I LOVED the kitchen decor and layout. Only minor setback was street parking only and the street is very crowed! However, we always had a spot directly in front of the house. Excellent location! 10-15 minutes to down town and Wrightsville beach!"
