"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at the Westin was absolutely amazing! The experience was so much better than my previous stay at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was excellent. After the disappointing experience I had at the Hilton, staying at the Westin was a breath of fresh air. It truly made my trip so much more enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Westin and would gladly stay here again!"

"The front desk was awesome! The room was okay, clean but old, maintenence had to come put the bathroom door back on, its a sliding door that came off..they also had to come in to check the bathroom wall which the tile was pushed in. We couldn't really use the tub since the water only came from the shower head. We were there 4 nights and I had to steal toilet paper off the housekeeping cart because they never came in our room, luckily we had extra towels to start with. There was a door attached to the next room with locks on both sides, but a housekeeper was in there on her phone and I literally heard her whole conversation through the walls/doors..We thought there was free continental breakfast but turns out you have to pay..its a bit pricey too but the girl working was great and could seriously make some food, the omelets were spectacular! It's an old building and it definitely shows, but the girls at the desk are great and the omelets made it a good trip."

"Overall the property was good! It was close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool, especially our two granddaughters. The pool table and pinball machine were fun but the foosball table was broken. The house had plenty of room but the bedroom on the main floor had no direct access to a bathroom. The layout of the kitchen was odd with the sink not being in the middle and at the opposite end from the refrigerator. The dryer needs to be repaired/replaced as it wouldn’t totally dry things after multiple cycle attempts. The wall air returns are very dirty and need cleaned. The indoor furniture was fine and the 3rd floor was a nice get away with a nice view of the ocean. The water pressure in the showers was low and the kitchen faucet took a long time to get hot but when it did, it was really hot. The outdoor stairs and railings as well as the deck railings need painted or replaced. Two final things to add, the large fig tree left drippings all over our cars and the mosquitoes around the house were terrible. Maybe the trees could be trimmed and the outside area could be sprayed periodically. Despite the things listed above, our family enjoyed our stay at Nantucket Charm and Sandbridge!!!!"
