The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.

The service was superb. They communicated with me before my arrival since we arrived very late and left very early. They have a convenient storage to keep our bags while we trecked to Machu Picchu. They have coffee and hot tea and water in the lobby all day and offer breakfast. The space is very cute with comfortable indoor gardens and sitting areas for relaxing.

We arrived very late but they contacted us with information on how to access the hotel and our room. The room was very nice and comfortable. They have a lovely inside garden perfect for our meeting with the tour guide for our tour. They were able to keep our bags while we traveled to the mountains for several days and had hot tea and coffee all day. We did not try the breakfast because we left before 6am.

Overall, good stay. Not really what I expected but it was nice. The breakfast was nothing to really talk about. If you’re gonna make it really worth it make sure to but your own food and be sure to take soap and washcloths. The lady was very helpful and friendly bless her.

El personal es amable. Me asignaron un cuarto mas grande del que reserve. Como sali en tpir a las 6 am deje mi maleta y ellos la cuidaron por mi el dia esta en 15 soles. Cuando regrese a los dos dias mi maleta ya estaba en mi cuarto . Genial!! Si el lugar es frio pero todo peru es frio en esta temporada seca, es invierno solo traigan un sueter Lo que si la temperatura de la regadera es tibia se agradeceria un poco mas caliente.

El lugar tiene bonita decoración, excelente ubicación, y el agua siempre caliente pero hay ciertos detalles que hay que tomar en cuenta, hay mucho ruido entre las habitaciones, el piso de madera sonaba mucho cada vez que alguien pasaba, si en verdad quieres descansar quizá sea bueno considerar estos puntos.
