I loved this place, all employees were very polite and friendly. The service was Excellent I will recommend it 100 times. The mini restaurant was great and had a nice selection of, pastries, sandwiches, coffee and options for breakfast.
Service was great. All employees were very helpful and nice. The hotel has a small cafe on the first floor. We stayed in a room with 3 beds for a night.
The location of the hotel is in the quieter neighborhood. Breakfast in the morning was very decent. The only thing I did not like was the size of the curtains, which I could not cover the window completely in order to gain more privacy.
A cute hotel that was paired with a cafe of the same name next door. Very helpful and polite staff (since my tour starts at 4am the next morning, Ruth made sure a breakfast box is ready for me the next morning).
Located in a more locale area of Cusco, I walked around after some direction provided by the staff to more mom-and-pop stores on the streets 2 blocks away at night. Bought some awesomely warm moliente drink from a lady at a street corner nearby.
Nice cute hotel with a hostel feel but with full amenities and solo rooms.

I really wanted to like this place. You get what you pay for. There was a consistent drip in our bathroom that didn’t stop the whole trip, our room overlooked the lobby so it was loud till about 10 pm every night. Breakfast was mid and service was extremely slow. Water pressure in the shower was good however we only got hot water about half the time. Our TV didn’t work and the wifi was terrible - always going in and out of connection. The staff was really nice and it was the only part of this experience that was positive.

The bathrooms are all infested with mold and it made me very sick, the staff told me it wasn’t mold at first and just stains but I continued to get more and more sick. After asking for a new room and pushing they told me all of the bathrooms are like that. I was able to get out early and started feeling a bit better but still dealing with repercussions. Besides that, I really enjoyed the cafe downstairs and the view. There were so many great places to eat nearby and lots of places to shop at as well.
The family room was spacious and we were able to stay comfortably.
However, breakfast service was too slow. The employees(biy & girl) pushed each other to do their work. When I requested an order, they said OK, but they did not come. I had to call three times.
Only after we finished eating the meal, they brought coffee and juice. And she confidently said she had forgotten. Overall, the breakfast service was terrible.
