We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Cusco for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, offered good value for the price, and included a very good breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely worth the price!
The property was smacked in the middle or Cusco it was easy to get around. The breakfast had variety, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were replenished daily.
Great modern room, new built is excellent. The catch is on the location, it need 10 minutes walk on mild slope to the major attractions. Felt great with their price tag overall
Excellent service by everyone in the hotel. Food in the restaurant pretty good as well. Señor Eleodoro and team, including Marcelo and Catherine or Jacqueline (may be wrong) but what we really remember was her smiles at all the times. What a nice lady! Even the door men, always welcoming with good manners! Thanks to all! Will be back for sure!
Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The room even if a little small, was clean and functional. Location is convenient and breakfast has a lot of options. There is no room service it looks like, could not find the restaurant menu in room.
So far so good, the people there are so nice and gentle, stayed here for 4 days, only one thing to considered, water in the shower is or hot or cold, no middle point lol, great experience and really comfortable place nearby the down town of Cusco.
This is a great hotel to stay of you're in Cusco. The staff is very attentive, the property is clean and smells soooo good.
We arrived before check in and they had coca and munya tea ready for guests, in case you were struggling with the altitude.
The breakfast options are very good too and though it's not in the middle of Plaza de Armas, the walk is not too far away and you still have access to a lot of businesses that are close by.
Great facility, service and price.
Very quiet rooms
Super nice beding
Great breakfast that runs from 5am to 10am
Very good and well priced restaurant
Well priced for the service overall
The neighborhood could be nicer. But it is safe and close enough to walk anywhere. Plus it is very close to the airport.
I would stay in this hotel again.
Great restaurant. Good variety for the daily breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I tried practicing my Spanish but since most of the desk staff and restaurant staff speak some English, it was faster to communicate in English. And less painful for the staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Cusco.
It’s located walking distance to plaza. Breakfast is great! Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner are limited. The staff on the day I arrived told me that cab ride to the airport will be 10 soles. I booked my cab ride the next day and driver charged me 25 soles. Please be cautious when you are booking cab rides with the hotel.
Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.
A great hotel. Clean, air-conditioned room with all amenities.
Wonderful bar and very nice restaurant.
All the staff are fantastic. Always smiling and always helpful.
