Rooms were freezing, hot water took more than 10 minutes to arrive, staff spoke zero English. Bedding was clean, food was reasonable, about on a par with a Motel 6 in Alabama.
For a cheaper hotel I couldn’t ask for anything better. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was busy and food was sub par. 4 out of 5. I do recommend.
The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.
El hotel se ve bien y el personal es muy atento , para ir a comprar cositas si necesita uno salir y caminar 6 cuadras jaja , pero de ahí en fuera todo bien 👌

Room 203 was above the hotel lobby and faced the street. I could hear loud talking from the lobby. I could hear cars, motorcycles, and trucks driving on the street . I could not sleep. I asked for a different room away from the street and hotel lobby. But, the two women behind the front desk in the lobby didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. So, it was very difficult to get a different room.
HORRIBLE check-in experience. Super unhelpful and unfriendly front desk staff. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay, and the women at the front desk said they'd clean a new room and help us swap the dates. They told my friend and I to wait, so we did. About 30 minutes later, we went to check on the progress and there was a different woman working there. She knew nothing about what we were waiting for. I then proceeded to change the booking here in Expedia, and after showing her the updated booking she told us we had to pay a tax, which was fine and we were expecting that. I'm not fluent in Spanish but my friend is, and apparently it didn't matter how many times my friend told her we'd pay the tax, she basically kept telling us there was nothing she could "do to help us." Finally, after about 20 minutes of going back and forth with this woman, she somehow miraculously decided she would accept our tax payment so we could get into our room. VERY CONFUSING and I still to this day have no idea why she was giving us such a hard time. The room was okay, and breakfast was decent. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet was very kind and is the only reason why I gave "staff & service" 2 stars, because everyone else we interacted with was rude and dismissive. The price is good but like they say, you get what you pay for.
The room was great and very close to the airport. However the service was poor. It took 2 e mails and several days to respond to a request I sent to book an airport transfer. When we arrived it had not been booked. Worse still the food we ordered was awful. Dry, recooked chips… and it took 45 minutes to arrive despite us being the only customers. The staff were rude, and more interested in their puppy than serving us. The puppy pooed on the floor of the restaurant.
Located close to the airport. Due to flight delays we checked in to freshen up just 2 hours before checkout. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Helped us locate our taxi to Ollantaytambo as well. This is a great place for a overnight stay close to the airport.
The room (410) had a great view over the airport and the shower was fantastic. The only complaint was that we had a 3 bed room and one of the beds had hair and dirt in the bed. We only needed 2 beds so it wasn't an issue.
The hotel wasn’t close to the city center rather in a residential area, hence more quiet. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only negative I can see is a tub in the middle of the room. It was weird.
