Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it.

Outstanding Apartment

Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!

Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didnโ€™t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, sheโ€™s attentive and communicated well with us in English. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and she got the lock problem resolved quickly. She even got up at 5:30am on our departure day to help with our luggages. There is no elevator now but Milagros said sheโ€™s putting one in and should be available next year. Overall a good stay, nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment, good for us traveling with 2 adult children.

This is a family run business and they truly care about the comfort of their guests. To start, we had some delays in our arrival to Cusco and Milagros was very gracious and patient in arranging our transportation to the apartment. Breakfast was great and plentiful with eggs, bread, coffee and fresh fruit. We used the apples and bananas as snacks for the day ๐Ÿ˜Š Miligros gave us excellent suggestions for sites to visit and where to shop. She even accommodated our request for late check-out. Mlilagros is an amazing hostess without being overbearing. I would stay at Zans again should we go to Cusco again.

The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were warmly welcomed and even helped upstairs with our bags. She also kindly offered to make us tea. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning at whatever time you prefer, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The WiFi works very well. The host went above and beyond during our stay; she helped us locate a hospital for vaccinations and even called ahead to confirm they had what we needed. When I asked about a nearby laundry service, she generously handled the drop-off and pickup for us as well. She always quickly answered my questions via WhatsApp. The main plaza is about a 15 minute walk away. The restaurant right next door is cheap and has good food. The grocery store at the corner is useful. The apartment has a small fridge, microwave, and sink area. The only things I wished it had was some way to cook (like a burner) and a better view out the windows. But we slept well, and this host and her family are super sweet.
