"I paid $155.46 for one night in this room. I asked for a refund and was refused. The faucet was unhooked from the sink and had to be operated with two hands as a result. The shutter that opens to the outside was broken when we showed up and needed to be fixed while we were there. The air conditioning does not appear to work and the room was very warm all night. We are led to believe by the pictures from hotels.com for this room that it would have a kitchenette inside the room. From...

"We had an amazing stay at Carnately Lodge. We were welcomed with really delicious home made brownies and a glass of prosecco. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable.
