"My suggestion is to sort the reviews by lowest first, then you may see a picture of the type of service provided. The owner will respond with excuses so I will not bother writing what actually happened. Suffice to say I would not recommend this place. Lots nicer bed and breakfasts around (check out Flambruzzo which has some great cheap options with better amenities.(also don't expect to receive the amenities listed on booking or Expedia..) "This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome "

"A very serviceable hotel less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff member at check-in was super fast and seamless which was very appreciated considering we arrived after midnight! Breakfast was also nicer than expected, though we came down quite late and things were running low. Staff also helped us arrange a taxi when we left."
