"The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. "Ferry lane parking was new to us. Had never seen such a concept."

"I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach."

"This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was clean, we were about 100 steps to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the backyard as a place to lounge and work. The area was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day!"

"Could not have been more pleased with this VRBO. Exceeded our expectations. Place was very clean, very spacious, host was thoughtful when it came to having everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Long Island."
