The apartment is also located on the side facing away from the street. It’s just under a 10-minute walk (600 m) to the beach, mostly along an idyllic, car-free path, and there are several restaurants, two bakeries, and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, all of which are easily accessible on foot.<br><br>A washing machine is available for use in the attic for a fee (cash machine).<br>. A free beach chair is also provided by the “ 01.05-27.09.”<br>This vacation rental is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea.<br><br>Visitor’s tax<br>As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.<br>In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate.<br>You can find the current rates and further information on the tourist tax at:<br><br>Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bedding and towel package for €30 per person.
