The whole entire hotel smelled of smoke. It was an absolute letdown to stay at this hotel."

I checked out a day early and the desk clerk told me I could not checkout until the next day and I left, I had a plane to catch. What property tell you, you can’t leave? I will never stay here again. AND people were smoking in their rooms on the second floor and nothing happened even though it’s a smoke free property."
