"Sadly, we did not have a good experience here. We did call the front desk ahead of time to let them know we would be checking in after midnight and they did have someone expecting us at the desk. As we got out of the elevator, the carpets were bubbling and the place smelled of mold. Our room was not clean, it had dust on the countertops, rust and tarnish on some of the metal surfaces, and grime on the shower fixtures and the toilet seat. We checked out a few hours later in the morning and there were fresh water stains on the drop ceiling and water all over the front desk. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel."

"The house was very nice and the inside was immaculate. It had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and pool area were a plus but both should be pressure cleaned. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again."

"My family took a nice spring break vacation. The property is beautiful and very clean. I came in April and the pool was cold. I was hoping it would be a bit warmer. The property owner did check-in and that was a nice touch! If I ever come back to Palm Coast, I will definitely consider booking again. "

"Beautiful, clean home! The beds are very comfortable. We loved the pool! Used it every day. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, silverware and plates and bowls. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Corne' was quick to respond if I had any questions. Such a great host! Totally recommend this home and the price is very reasonable too!"

"Walking in we were impressed with the well decorated and very clean house. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and loved every minute of it. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to explore and stretch his legs. The location was within 15 minutes of Flagler Beach where we spent 3 days enjoying the dog friendly beach and playing in the waves. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend and would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay and do plan on returning to this home. This was our 2nd stay, and found this home to be perfect for our needs. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet neighborhood.Did most our meals in the home, the kitchen had what we needed to create wonderful meals. It was actually very enjoyable cooking in the kitchen while watching the large TV, then being able to continue watching TV outside at the table in the screened in Lani poolside. A very enjoyable vacation looking forward to another stay...."
