"Lovely huge 2 bedroom apartment. A bit dated but super roomy, private, and comfortable with full amenities and an excellent outdoor area and outlook."

"Cypress Lakes resort is brilliantly located. The room we were in was just a little dated and tired (especially the bathroom) but still fine and comfortable. Having two single beds put together for the bed was also just a little unexpected. But the one thing which brought the rating down to 4 rather than 5 was that when we put the airconditioner on we started sneezing. On checking the filter within the unit is was completely opaque with dust - so it hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time - potentially years. We mentioned this to front desk who said they were in the process of getting them cleaned - but for it to have been left this long between cleans was really not acceptable - it's an immediate health problem once the filter is left uncleaned for this long. So, overall really good, but this was a significant dropped ball on cleanliness."

"It’s a lovely house in a very nice rural setting. Kangaroos sightings every where in the mornings. So many terrific wineries a short drive away but the golf resort would have enough to do you wouldn’t need to leave over a long weekend. We really enjoyed the break and the 2 bedrooms layout suited our family perfectly. Would definitely recommend, Kim was very easy to deal with too."

"We had issues from the start - partner has very bad knees and back ... we didn't know that villa was so far away from the carpark for luggage transfer etc. Were greeted with the guttering hanging off the front of the porch and a front door that had been drilled and patched but not painted. Very dodgy. All windows inside were sealed shut so no fresh air except for a verandah sliding door ... had to live in air conditioning which is not great for chronic sinus. Kitchen cupboards done on the cheap and some not closing. Kitchen china very poor. We had to go out and buy a non stick frypan. Otherwise the place was OK but would certainly not stay in this villa again!"
