"The place is well located if you want to stay in Aguas Claras zone, but if your intention is to be close do city centre, this is not your place. However so points for me are a dealbreak and reason I would not book this place again: BED- to access the bed you need to “jump” or be on your knees on a wood, super uncomfortable and for someone older I cannot even imagine!
