"We did not expect this to be a large room but it's quite small compared to other hotels we stayed in this area previously. The bathroom area is very small but functionally good. Hotel provided daily free-of-charge 1 bottled water for each registered occupant, which was convenient for guests. Location is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building #2, where you can take an elevator ride to the Observation Deck on the 45th floor of the building, free of charge, and have a great view of the Tokyo area below, especially at night. Shinjuku Station is also a 12 to 15-minute walk away."

"Standard room size for Tokyo area hotels. Hotel staffs made up our beds daily without us even requested, which we really appreciated. Hotel provided free bottled waters daily, one for each registered occupant. Location is conveniently close to a lot of activities including a short walk to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and the Mega Don Quijote store. Would recommend this hotel."

"As far as nice hotels go I think this is the only option right at the scramble. It’s nice; nothing spectacular. They wouldn’t let my 13&14 yo boys into the pool or gym - not even with me (18 and older only). Not a big complaint but it was primary reason I picked this place. (That could be a selling point for some : ) Coming from Kyoto the yen to yen value difference is pretty big. Very good location for trains and the Shibuya area. Amazing staff. Accommodating and helpful."

We had a family room with three beds in it, as well as a washer/dryer in our room which was super helpful since we only packed carry-on luggage for our two-week trip. The location is fantastic being connected to Shibuya station via an elevated walkway, yet was in a quiet area considering Shibuya crossing was just a few blocks away."
