The hotel is nicely located by the lake. Many food options. My only complain is the room size for the “Superior Room”. It has a king bed and it is nice; however, it taken up all The space in the room. We don’t even have space for luggage on the floor. No room to stand.

The room was really tiny and different from the photos. In the pictures, the room I booked appeared to have a shower cabin, but in my room the shower was completely open. There was no air conditioning, and at night the room got genuinely cold, so I had to fold the blanket in half to keep warm. There was only one power outlet in the entire room, and the bedside lamp wasn’t working. Despite the good location, this is not a place I would stay at again.

Khach sạn ở vị trí tốt, đi lại thuận tiện, nhân viên thân thiện và tốt bụng hỗ trợ khách rất nhiệt tình, cung cấp dịch vụ tốt và giá hợp lý. thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng và đơn giản, hỗ trợ tôi nhận phòng ngay từ 12h trưa nên rất hài lòng. cơ sở vật chất tốt và sạch sẽ. phòng rộng rãi đầy đủ tiện nghi và dịch vụ, tầm view ra thành phố tốt và thích hợp để chụp ảnh check-in. chắc chắn sẽ quay lại

Khách sạn thứ 2 của gia đình tôi trong chuyến đi Đà Lạt này. Cơ sở vật chất tốt, an toàn cho du khách và sạch đẹp và vệ sinh. Nhận phòng nhanh chóng, phòng sạch đẹp và có view khá tốt, nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện, đáp ứng vượt kỳ vọng các câu hỏi của tôi. Xung quanh ks có nhiều tiện nghi nên đi bộ cũng thuận tiện. Nói chung hài lòng như khách sạn đầu tiên và cũng là một lựa chọn rất tốt nếu quay lại Đà lạt
