The hotel is good - it’s clean, the staff is very helpful & friendly, and I felt very safe. I used the spa and enjoyed it. This isn’t a hotel that you will spend all day at relaxing so it was perfect for my trip as I had tours booked all the time. I would not recommend paying ahead of breakfast to be included. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am but my tours all started at 7 which was pretty disappointing. Additionally, there is a pool onsite but the photos make it look quite larger than it actually is which was also a bummer.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and very accommodating, including storing our bags for us before we could check in. The location was ideal: in the outer bands of Old Town, with dining options nearby without being raucous. I’d stay here again.

Rooms were very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy the Hoi An market etc. we had a very nice balcony and the hotel was quite quiet considering how busy the area was. Bed was a little too firm but bedding was good.

They offer a complimentary shuttle service to the beach and to the old town. I would 100% stay here again and will recommend the hotel to my friends and family!
