This hotel is beautiful - my room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, I had everything I needed - a comfy bed (but quite hard mattress), a tv with Netflix, a very good shower and a beautiful view of the river. The swimming pool is cool and clean and I had it to myself. The breakfast is very good - mix of western and Vietnamese food.

Nice property, outside of the busy Old Town, 20 min walk. Few ammenities. Lovely staff, especially Li Li. If you like quiet and a walk to old town, this is for you. If you want 5 star and room service, this isn’t for you. Tidy property and good staff.

The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday.
