The room and breakfast were excellent. The staff was friendly, and the hotel’s proximity to the Hoi An night market made it very convenient for us. The swimming pool was also well-maintained. Being close to the river allowed us to enjoy fresh morning air from our room.

Recommend this hotel! A resort fairly close to the old town (3km ) so you get a resort treatment and facilities but still an easy access to centre by grab Rooms are spacious and lovely with a fresh green tone, the pools are beautiful, clean and relax. Breakfast is delicious and variety of choices. We love the lobby and very welcoming service.

Hospitable and polite staff and we were very comfortable to stay. Very nice river view from our room. The location is good choice for us because it's near the old town (5-10 minutes by motobike), but not too noisy. It's quite and nice atmosphere. Additionally, the other guests were considerate and shared graciously. It was never loud, and it was easy to find your own space.

- Rooms are not large, but the ingenious design makes them comfortable. - Breakfast is very good. However, it is only served until 10:30 a.m - Staff were friendly, they made us feel warm and welcome and like we were a part of their family. We made a bond and feel connected. - The facilities were great, special architecture - The location is beautiful, not far away the city, quite and calm Overral, perfect experience when stay here. We were warmly welcomed by a receptionist (sorry we don't remember the exact name), he explained us everything we could see in the ancient town and what we should do to explore. He was very friendly, helful and well remembered our name. The room, gym and pool were great. At breakfast they told us that for vegetarians/vegans they can also make extra dishes as they mostly display the meat options which was great.

Back to Hoi An many times, but this is my favorite hotel here, is best. In particular not many people used pool so i had fun as if I had rented it. Breakfast was fresh and good food ( absolutely I was booked a room without Breakfast but they Upgrade for me, maybe for long stay guest with special. To central not far but near beach than, I rent a bike and enjoy it. Stay here be quite so enjoy

No issues but I would choose a different location

It's not necessarily the hotel's fault but the other guests were loud and annoying. I thought the location would be great but it wasn't close enough to the beach to be that convenient and it was either a long walk or a Grab ride to old town.

Poolen virket ikke i alt den tid vi boede på hotellet, og vi havde jo med vilje købt hotel med pool. Man fik intet tilbage for det, udover en dagsbillet til en anden pool, men ikke til fem dage som var de nætter vi var på hotellet. det var lidt skuffende

Très bien

Arrivés en pleine nuit la veille de notre réservation, le veilleur de nuit nous a pris en charge de manière exceptionnelle. Le directeur de l'établissement et tout le personnel ont été très attentionnés durant le séjour. Un geste commercial remarquable a été fait pour cette première nuit non prévue Je recommande !
