This property is run by a really lovely family who are very helpful, however the property facilities are quite run down. The villa furniture is falling apart (broken drawers and bed head with buttons hanging off) and the villas we stayed in were very dusty - I could see thick dust on top of the fan and wall paintings. One fan was broken. Bathrooms are always wet due to leaking toilet and shower in the toilet area. We were Provided with 1-2 fresh towels each day and 1-2 bottles of water. I was quite surprised at the lack of cleaning done on a daily basis. The pool area is very basic and could be brightened up with little effort. Again, the people who run the bills are very nice and the AC in the rooms is good.

The bathroom had a tub, the walls were finished with stone tlles. My room had a balcony and windows on two wall sides. I really liked my room and wished I could have spent more time here. The friendly family that owns the property have owned the "Homestay" for ten years so they understand what their customers need. This property is so quiet at night that you won't get a better sleep.

Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, WIFi OK Nur die Gastgeberin wollte mich trotz korrekter Buchung und Bezahlung bei Ankunft wieder ausquartieren, vermutlich weil sie das Zimmer anderen Gästen für länger vermieten wollte . Also aufpassen!

너무 좋은곳!

올드타운과 걸어서 10분 정도의 거리에 조식도 좋았고 주인아주머니도 너무 좋았다. 다음에 호이안에 간다면 여기에 꼭 머물고 싶다.
