Fantastic value for your money. The room was large, clean, and offered all you need for a short stay. The host was absolutely charming and constantly offered assistance. Short walk to night market, old quarter, shopping, and dining. You can not go wrong with this booking.

Arrived on first night to a room with doors and windows open and a room full of mosquitoes. Hot water worked intermittently throughout the stay. Good location and decent room for the price but not worth the multiple insect bites.

staff was so nice to us!! just be aware, "garden view" isnt really much of a garden, its just a few plants in front of the balcony and all you can see if the entry of the hotel lol... but so many restaurants nearby and all the activities were super close to the hotel! if you want to do hoi an and da nang, this hotel is just perfecttttt. about a 30 min drive from da nang beach!

Enjoyed My Stay

Just a 15 minute walk to the Ancient City made this a very convenient location. The owners are very nice people and can help arrange tours to see local attractions as well. Comfy bed, good AC and WiFi.

Wir haben im Smart Garden Homestay 5 Tage verbracht. Sehr saubere Zimmer, die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich, die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen!

This homestay is exceptional. I have a balcony in my room, a balcony! The room also has a minibar with snacks, water and soft drinks. I have not seen a minibar in a HOTEL for the last 20 years even!

Excellent Location

The room is large, very clean, nice bathroom with hot shower, cold A.C., TV with many English channels, in room refrigerator and only 5 minutes walk to the main tourist area. Highly recommended!!

Bien mais ruelle pas trop sympa

Hotel dans petite ruelle,smart garden n'est qu'une minuscule courrette avec 5 mob. Alors en ouvrant un peu les yeux,pleins d'hotel bien plus classe(hotel Nostalgie à 50 m entre autres) En fait j'ai fais au moins vingt fois le même constat,il ne faut pas réserver trop en avance.les hotels sont presque vide entre mi-janvier et la féte du Tret début février. Certains mon proposé demi tarif par rapport à ma réservation mais hélas trop tard pour moi.Sinon hôtelier très sympa mais peu pas terrible

Bon service et rapport qualité-prix

Rapport qualité-prix assez impressionnant, considérant que c'est un 3 étoiles. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre d'activités. Il y a une marche d'une dizaine de minute pour se rendre à la vieille ville. Par contre, le personnel est très aidant et sympathique.

Very nice and funny host Tom :) Room is clean and comfortable. Really love the balcony so we could just chill and enjoy some small snacks during rainy days. There are air-con and fan in the room. The fan was cool enough for us during our stay in Dec. Must try the yummy street noodle shop right across at the front door. It only opens during morning time. We also joined the coconut tour that Tom recommended. It was quite interesting. The old town is just within walking distance. Very easy to get there. Will stay again next time. Thanks Tom!

Et koselig og rent hitell med bra fasiliteter og en veldig myk seng. Familien som eier stedet er svært service minded og gjør alt for at oppholdet skal være bra. Et supert hotell til en hyggelig pris.

IDEALNIE! POLECAM!

Idealnie! Zaraz po przyjeździe właściciel opowiedział mam i okolicy, dal mapka z info gdzie możemy zjeść, co warto zobaczyć. Pokoje bardzo ładne, czyste i nowe, z balkonami. Oprócz klimy jest wiatrak. Klima działa tak dobrze,ze spokojnie można włączyć na całą noc. Cały czas bardzo dobre wi-fi. Pełny minibarek, a ceny niższe niż w marketach. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, zarówno przy rezerwacji wycieczek i jak doradzctwie gdzie należy co kupić,żeby nie przepłacać. Załatwił nam również transport na lotnisko o wiele taniej niż biura podróży. I co najważniejsze - właściciel mówi po angielsku. Planowaliśmy zostać jeden dzień, a zostaliśmy tutaj aż do końca naszego pobytu w Wietnamie. Hotel jest odsunięty od drogi zaledwie o kilkanaście metrów, ale dzięki temu nie ma gwaru i nie słychać trabienia motorów. Bardzo miła obsługa w świetnej cenie! BARDZO POLECAM!
