"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."

"The pictures on the listing look nothing like the apartment itself. The pool was in the reception area with a Christmas tree still up in July ?? Also motor bikes parked in the reception areas so no one ever used the pool. The room was big but with no windows so it smelt damp and mouldy. Only stay for 2 out of or 3 weeks book then moved on."

"The hotel is really well located to explore Da Nang. The staff are very helpful and kind, the hotel itself is clean and the restaurant breakfast is very varied and tasty. A great selection of food and drinks available. Our room deal included a massage every day, and the spa staff were brilliant, just what was needed after a day exploring. Would certainly recommend this hotel as it’s good value for money."

"First of all, my stay was incredible. The staff were accommodating from my first interaction, through my departure. The views from my room were better than expected. Ocean and city views, as well as views of the Lady Buddha and the Pagoda across the marina from every window and the balcony made for an incredible experience from dusk till dawn everyday. That said, it may be time for some upgrades to the rooms. There was a peculiar odor in the room, the AC has a smell when it’s running, the refrigerator smelled like someone stored fish in it, and the hot water takes about 5 minutes to start coming through in the shower. The location is great in my opinion as it affords dining options, markets, and the ocean within walking distance, yet just far enough from the main traffic and noise of downtown. All in all, The Sea Phoenix is a great place, with great staff, and I will definitely be back. While I hope they do some upgrades, this is still an easy 5 star ⭐️ review!"
