Great place to stay in Hoi An

Very clean and in a great location. Close to the action, but removed just enough from the chaos to be a calm retreat.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very good value place to stay.

Very clean and great service

Very clean rooms and common spaces. Located a few minute walk from the action - excellent location to explore by foot. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. They also have a coffee shop if you like a good morning coffee. Excellent place to stay and very good value.

This hotel was great for a one night stay. However it could definitely use some updating. The room smelled very musty. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the room was very clean so there's no complaints there. The location was also perfect for walking down to the Old Town Hoi An. Overall it was a great stay!

Our stay at Truc Loc was wonderful! The room was very clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is beautiful! NaNa was our hostess and she was very kind and gave us a referral to a tailor and coupon to a nail salon.

This was my second time staying at Truc Loc Villa and I would stay there again! They have done renovations since I was last there and now have an elevator. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big. The location is great. It is not even a 10 minute walk to old town but far enough away from all the tourists. The free bikes are a great way to explore the area, especially An Nang Beach.

Relaxing, charming hotel

Thanks for a lovely stay. The hotel is a calm, relaxing small hotel in a nice position overlooking the river with very friendly and attentive staff. Its set back about 5-10 minutes walk from the night market which is busy at night so its nice to be away from all the action. Also nice to sit by the pool and have a dip to cool off. Easy to walk around the island its on and to the main historic sites.

Wonderful property with great service. Nahnha was so wonderful to us. She was a gracious and genuine host. Right by the river, with nice balcony views. Close to the night market and ancient village. Both were within a 10 minute walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Truc Loc in Hoi An. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! The location was perfect! The view from our room was magical and Cindy and NaNa, the lovely ladies who operate the front desk, were incredible! They helped us with everything we needed, including laundry and booking all of our tours & excursions. We met a couple in Hanoi and sent them over to Truc Loc the following week! That's how much we loved it! Highly recommended! Can't wait to go back!

It was in a great location, far enough from all the noise but close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, the night market and the canal to see all the lanterns at night. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the pillow - it was a foam block. I could not use it because it gave me a sore neck.

My wife and I stayed in two different rooms for a total of two special weeks at Truc Loc Villa. Both rooms were clean and comfortable with king size beds,great AC and view balconies. Our hosts, NaNa and Cindy, were two of the kindest and friendliest people we have met in our travels. They gave us stellar restaurant recommendations, arranged airport car service, handled our laundry and much more. Because the Villa is perfectly located on the river, just one long block outside the often noisy Old City, the nights were quiet for a good sleep, and we could walk everywhere or hop in one of the plentiful, inexpensive taxis. For us, the Villa was an excellent choice and we would happily return.

The property is very outdated no elevator we received a room “upgrade” to the 4th floor climbing stairs in 32 degrees is not fun. Ants 🐜 all over the room. Minimum maintenance even after we asked to clean the room it was dirty. The only good thing I can say is the staff was very friendly nice and helpful sharing information and guidance. They were able to arrange tours and rides transportation from and to the airport.

This place was a nice place to stay for two night. The most amazing thing was the hospitality of Cindy and her family; at check in, she had a handwritten list of about a dozen places for eating, shopping, etc and told us everything we should and shouldn't do in the town and how much to expect to pay for things so we didn't get swindled. It is not the Ritz--there were a few bugs in the room, there is some street noise that you can hear from the rooms (which can be a bit loud because of the surrounding markets until maybe 10 or 11, then much quieter), there is no elevator,etc, but it was pretty clean and comfortable and in a very good location. I would recommd datahing here.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location

Loved our 8 night stay here. The hotel is new so everything is clean and of a good standard and condition. We got an economy double room, it’s a good size with tea and coffee facilities as well as air con and a tv which included a varied selection of English channels. The bathroom is also a good size with good water pressure and temperature in the shower. WiFi in the room was generally very good although it did slow down at peak times. We had a Vietnamese sim so it wasn’t an issue for us. The pool area was small but again it was very clean, it was right next to the cafe so not the most relaxing of spaces but could be of great use for a quick dip after a hot day seeing the sights. Breakfast is served until 10am and the girls always asked you to pick the day before as it was cooked to order, this consisted of eggs, toast or pancakes and most days it came with a small plate of fruit. This was served with your choice of drink which came from the cafe next door, the choice was from a simple coffee or juice menu. The hotel is on the riverside so once outside the door you can reach the walking streets or night market within 5 to 10 minutes by foot, tonnes of food options all around. Finally, the girls at reception were lovely, so friendly and helpful and always asking for feedback and making sure the stay was good. All in all, there are few very minor things that could be improved slightly but for the price the hotel is superb and the girls working there are a credit.

ダナン空港に深夜着のため事前にホテルへ迎えをお願いしました。メールのレスポンスも早く、深夜の迎えのため5万ドンアップの40万ドン(約2400円)で予約できました。当日は時間通りボードに名前を書いてドライバーさんが待っていてくれました。チェックインも深夜でしたが対応いただきました。 部屋も広く綺麗で強いて言うならシャワーの水圧が少し弱くお湯も若干ぬるめぐらい。 フロントスタッフさんは英語で通じますし、滞在中気にかけてくださり快適に過ごせました。 利用はしませんでしたが、フロント前に小さいプールと１階にはカフェもあります。 ホテル前はトゥボン川でナイトマーケット、旧市街まで十分徒歩で歩けるよい立地です。

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber! Etwas getrübt wurde die Nachtruhe durch das Milchglasfenster in der Zimmertür, da der Raum nachts durch die Treppenhaubeleuchtung erhellt wurde sowie durch den Straßenlärm an der benachbarten Kreuzung. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Der Pool-Bereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, der Pool selbst ist aber sehr klein.
