"The room was okay, pretty spacious. The hotel was marked as non-smoking, and our room stank of smoke when we came back from a day in the city. We went calmly to the personale, and they didnt care at all, were of no help, and were very childish. The personale was not welcoming or anything at check-in either, and all the different people we met seemed to not care about their job. Location wise it was pretty far from everything (1 - 2,5 hours from main tourist attractions). "

"My kids love the set up way too much. They cried out loud when we check out... All amenities and facilities are well equipped. Though the hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, which leaves the smell around the apartment quite strong, it becomes a pro while we can actually enjoy the seafood served by the restaurant downstair easily and conveniently in our room. "Loved our stay in this place and would highly recommend it. Staff are accomodating and helpful. Communication was great and prompt in responding to all my enquiries. Clean room and it has everything that we needed. The location and place itself is perfect for me. There are lots of restaurants in the area and is adjacent to Songdo cable car. Uber Taxi was our main mode of transport and find it easy and most convenient. I prefer to come to a place where I could unwind after a busy and hectic day. The ocean view from our hotel room gave us just that-relaxed and comfortable peaceful 7nights stay."
