Perfect lakefront oasis! Spacious 5-bedroom home, large dock, screened-in porch.

Indulge in the serenity of lake life with all the comforts of home. This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath, roomy home is perfect for your family and friends to enjoy. Sleeps 14 comfortably! Something for everyone! Take in the stunning lake views while enjoying s'mores on the covered patio or coffee on the screened-in porch. Expansive dock with 2 large umbrellas and chairs, perfect for relaxing. The dock offers a large swim platform with easy access stairs into the water and space for a boat. Plenty of water activities, including kayaking, large lily pad and various floats. Located in a quiet slough, so it is a great place to float or kayak on the lake. Our fabulous house will provide the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax.

Very clean house with comfortable beds, great lake views and a dock for our boat. There are kayaks a large lily pad to float on and stairs down into the water. Many miles of hiking all around the lake lovely views. Tje wallmart is within 30 minutes of the lake-house. We attended a festival with arts and crafts and some yummy food trucks! The host Rachel was awesome!!

Our stay at this lake rental was absolutely perfect! The home was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway on Lake Martin. This was our first time and met all of our expectations. The host was quick with a response, kind and made sure every detail was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to visit again! The ice machine in the basement was also very convenient and an added bonus in our opinion.

Our stay at the lake was AMAZING thanks to Rachel and her dedication to making everything perfect! From the amenities, boats, kayaks, parking, access to the lake, and even the recommendations left, we will not stay at another location when we come to Lake Martin!Acapulco Island and Chimney Rock are just around the bend, and the distance to the Marina cannot be beat. Neighbors were kind, welcoming, and Rachel left us a basket of treats for the weekend! My father was celebrating his birthday, and she left us a list of things to do, made her home a welcome spot, and also left a birthday card and other treats! I can't say enough about our wonderful stay! So grateful for Rachel, her beautiful home and its roominess for all of our families, and the welcoming atmosphere of the area!

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The location is perfect for a lake getaway, with a fantastic dock that gave us front-row views of both stunning sunrises and sunsets. Our group of 8 adults and 5 kids fit comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. We spent our days swimming, enjoying the water, and making the most of the peaceful setting. I would absolutely rent this property again—highly recommend!

Loved staying here, the hosts are very responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating. The location is perfect with many restaurants to quickly boat to, chimney rock is super close, and the marina is just a few minutes away by boat with a nice store. The house is big with 3 levels so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. We had 12 adults and this house accommodated us very nicely. We will definitely be going back.

AMAZING PLACE

The location of this house was perfect for our family vacation!! The hosts were very responsive with questions leading up to and during the stay! The house was perfect with plenty of room for our entire and there was AMPLE things for the kids to do to keep them entertained. You never once felt crowded on top of each other. The dock is in a quiet location and made swimming super easy!! The dock had ample shade and places for us to sit! Can not recommend this location enough and we will definitely book here again on our next Lake Martin stay!!
