    The home is located on the beautiful Lake Martin. Situated across from (walking distance) Chuck’s Marina allows for convenient boat access along with seasonal food and entertainment. Also, the home is located only 30 miles from the heart of Auburn and 14 miles from downtown Dadeville. Nearby restaurants include Chuck's, Niffer’s Place, Oscar’s Cafe and Copper’s Grill at Stillwaters.

    This home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. The master bedroom and guest bedroom have a queen bed. There is also a large sectional couch in the living room. The house is fully furnished including washer, dryer and two Roku TVs. Wi-Fi is also available. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The screened in porch is perfect for entertaining and includes a gas grill, dining table and fans.
