"The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel and our room were clean and in great condition. We loved the bathroom products and the hotel’s focus on preserving the environment. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It had a wide variety of cuisines, all of which were fresh and quality. The only criticism we have is that the shuttle bus timetable that was provided was different to the actual timetable displayed at the airport so we had to wait for almost an hour on arrival for the next bus."

Wonderful views of Cemtral Park and close to the arts centre and urban museum, convenient to Port and Airport. Proximity to Lotte and Convensia a plus. Beautiful atmosphere, sunsets and comfortable well appointed rooms. I hope to come again. "
