"We had great stay for two weeks with our two babies! The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and location was great. We loved that the apartment is close to Han River and fairly close to the subway. There is a small play ground right next to the apartment and the apartment itself had many books for kids. We unfortunately had a mishap during our stay and the host responded promptly and helped to take care of it in timely manner. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone...

"また利用したいです。今回、新沙駅近くで仕事があったため、ホテルにしようと思いましたが値段高めのエリアですのでレジデンスを利用してみたいと思い、こちらにたどり着きました。 ロビーはありませんので、宿泊前にスタッフの方からメッセージが届きます。部屋番号や地図、Wi-Fiパスワードなど、詳しく書かれています。ホテルに泊まるときは特に事前にメッセージを受けることはありませんので、初めての方はびっくりされるかもしれませんが、慌てず返信されるといいと思います。 部屋には、簡単な調味料、ティファール、皿、コップ、シャンプー、ドライヤー、タオル、冷蔵庫、キッチン、スプーン等、洗濯機（乾燥もできます）ついています。 そして、何といっても韓国の伝統オンドル（床暖房）がありますので、日本の底冷えにstress江尾感じられている方は、感動されると思います。 ゴミ出しも自分でします。韓国は、食べ物と普通のごみと分けて捨てます。捨て方もファイルに桑悪しく書かれていますので問題ありません。 ベッドもキングサイズでした！ "

"The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. "Our stay was overall enjoyable. The pricing for the suite was reasonable. Front desk had proficient English. Our suite came with split AC units as well as radiant floor heating. Quirk is that they only provide 3 keys maximum for four guests and these are also required for all power in the unit. Originally we would leave the card out during the day but the house would be come intolerably hot upon our return home.
